01
What do I need to travel to Spain?
You’ll need a valid passport that doesn’t expire until at least 3 months after you leave Spain. If your passport isn’t from Canada, the U.K., or U.S., be sure to check the Schengen Zone visa rules ahead of time to avoid any last-minute surprises here!
02
Which airport should I fly into, and how long should I stay?
The closest airport is Barcelona El Prat (BCN)—just a 30–40 minute drive to Sitges. We recommend staying in Sitges from June 17–19, 2026 so you can join us for both the Welcome Party and Wedding Day!
03
Are there any events besides the Wedding Day?
Yes! We’re kicking things off with a casual Welcome Party on the afternoon of June 17th at Villa De Los Leones. All guests are invited and more details can be found here.
04
Will transportation be provided?
Yes! We’ll provide a shuttle running to and from Hotel Calipolis in Sitges. You can find the full day-of schedule here.

05
What time should I get to the venue?
If you’re not taking the shuttle, please plan to arrive at Xalet del Nin by 4:30 PM on June 18th. That’ll give you plenty of time to park, enjoy a welcome drink, and get settled before the ceremony begins at 5:00 PM.
06
Is there parking?
Yes! The Xalet del Nin has a large parking lot right in front of the venue. If you’re driving, you should have no trouble finding a spot.
07
What’s the dress code for both of the events?
Welcome Party: Casual attire — Casual summer attire or anything light and breezy to stay cool in the summer sun. Neutrals and whites are welcome!

Wedding Day: Black tie — Tuxedos or suits with a bow tie, and gowns, cocktail dresses, or jumpsuits. Gentlemen: Lightweight fabrics encouraged. Ladies: Wear vibrant greens, golds, or yellows—just no white, please!

Please note that the ceremony is outdoors on a grass surface. Shoes with block heels or wedges are recommended.

What kind of food and drinks will there be? What if I have allergies?
We’ll be serving contemporary Spanish cuisine and there will be a full open bar with many alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, just let us know when you RSVP. We’ve got you covered!
09
How do I RSVP and when is the deadline?
Please RSVP here by March 1st. It helps us a lot to know who’s coming so we can plan everything just right!
10
Can I bring a plus-one or my kids?
Absolutely! Plus-ones and children are welcome. If someone wasn’t listed on your invitation but you’d like to bring them along, please reach out through the contact form below.
11
Where are you registered?
The greatest gift is the effort involved in attending the wedding. However, for those who insist on gifting something, contributions to a honeymoon fund are welcome but by no means expected. Find the link here.
